Same Day Dispatch

Lasante Hashtag offers a Next Day Delivery service for customers in the UK mainland. This service is designed to ensure that your package arrives quickly and efficiently. With a success rate of 98%, the majority of packages are delivered the next day after dispatch.
Our Next Day Delivery service is fully tracked, which means that you can follow the progress of your delivery and know exactly when to expect it. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the tracking information.
Please note that Next Day Delivery is only available for UK mainland addresses. For some remote locations, we may have to change the delivery method to Royal Mail Tracked Services. This service is not guaranteed to be delivered the next day.

DPD Weekend Delivery
Order before 2pm on Friday to get your parcel via DPD at the weekend. (Most Orders are delivered on Saturday). This service is also for UK mainland addresses only.

Choose your local DPD pick up location and collect your parcel at your own convenience.
Royal Mail
Royal Mail 1st Class
Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel within 1-3 working days.
Royal Mail 2nd Class
Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel within 2-5 working days.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day
Parcels are guaranteed the next working day. This service is tracked, and a signature is required on delivery.
No Delivery
At Lasante Hashtag, we understand the importance of receiving your order as soon as possible. That's why we offer Next Working Day delivery service for customers in the UK mainland. However, we kindly ask our customers to note that we are not able to chase up parcels until the 5th working day after your parcel has been dispatched by us.
It is important that you check your tracking information before you contact us and allow extra time during adverse weather conditions around the country or during busy seasonal times. The delivery carrier may experience delays that are beyond our control, so please be patient and check the tracking information for updates.
We also kindly remind our customers to ensure that all orders are opened and are checked to ensure they are complete within 48 hours of receipt. Any claims for missing items will not be considered out of this timescale.
If you have not received your package and it has been marked as delivered by the carrier, please check the following:
- Check the tracking information to confirm the delivery status and delivery address
- Check with your neighbors or anyone else who may have received the package on your behalf
- Check the location where the carrier has marked the package as delivered, such as a front porch, back door, or mail room
- If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us through our website, and we will assist you with the process of locating your package.
It's important to note that we will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
