Refund Policy

Unwanted Goods 

Our company offers a 14 day return policy for unwanted products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery or purchase in-store for a full refund. The product must be in its original unopened packaging to be eligible for a return. Please note that for goods purchased online, they must be returned at your own expense. This policy applies to all of our products, whether purchased online or in-store. We want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase and this policy allows you the flexibility to return any product that does not meet your expectations. If you wish to return an item, please contact us through our website and we will assist you with the process.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damaged Products

If you unpack a product and find that it is damaged, please contact us immediately or at least within 48 hours of sale or delivery. This is because it is important to report any damage as soon as possible, in order to investigate the cause of the damage and take appropriate action. We will be unable to consider your claim outside the 48 hour timeframe.

It is important to note that if the product has been damaged during transit, we will need to report the damage to the carrier and request an investigation. If the damage is caused by the carrier, we will process a claim on your behalf. If the damage is caused by other factors, such as improper handling or packaging, we will work with you to find a resolution.

We want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase and this policy allows you the flexibility to return any product that does not meet your expectations. If you wish to report a damage, please contact us through our website and we will assist you with the process.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
